A Honey House Reno

We are SO excited to be renovating one of the outbuildings into our Honey House. This project has been on our mind for a year or more and it is so surreal to see progress being made.

While we have been able to harvest and bottle honey without a Honey House we have been limited in what honey by-products we can make and offer to you.

Having a dedicated Honey House will allow us to create so many other products with our Honey (think: infused honey, honey based cosmetics and skin care, honey with the comb, and more).

In addition to expanding our Honey offerings, having this space will allow us to open the farm up for more educational events!

When we planned our renovation we knew it was too big of a project for us to tackle solo (scroll down for the before pics) and so we hired our friends at KMH Builders to tackle it.

This is our first project using professionals and we have been BLOWN AWAY with how quickly they are turning this ramshackle building into a professional honey house.
